SUMMARYThe Operations and E-Commerce Coordinator is responsible
for coordinating with the internal Pelican cross-functional teams
to ensure operational efficiency and support issue resolution. In
this role, you will efficiently manage orders and returns and
facilitate customer service requests. You will compile basic
reports, demonstrate strong collaboration skills, and have a
continuous learning mentality.PRIMARY DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports relationship between the company, customer service
group, and the 3PL to ensure management of customer orders,
returns, and issues are handled for the E-Commerce channel and
service levels are being met.
- Monitors the company's ERP/WMS for system errors and
facilitates communication between IT and applicable vendors.
- Works with operations teams to ensure that the planned product
assortment is in stock and available for sale on the company's
E-Commerce sites according to promotional plans & demand.
- Manages the setup and maintenance of D2C item master list. This
includes coordinating with and aggregating data from numerous
sources.
- Assists project management with on-going D2C projects.
- Coordinates with product management, web master and operations
teams to ensure a smooth launch of new products on to the site
Provides weekly reporting of pipeline and forecast.
- Follows company policies and practices as outlined in the
Employee Handbook and/or applicable employment agreement. Follow
safety guidelines and procedures in accordance to the job.

- Performs additional duties as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years' work experience in various disciplines
such as of E-Commerce Proficient knowledge of Excel, including
vlookup and pivot tables.
- Must have excellent customer service, organizational and
follow-up skills.
- Basic theoretical and practical knowledge of driving sales
through D2C websites.
- Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related
field.
- Experience with ERP systems or Adobe Commerce.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment. ADDITIONAL

- Must have the ability to complete assignments within the

- Must be flexible regarding working hours. Must be able to work
evenings and weekends, with or without advance notice.
- Must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment and handle
multiple projects simultaneously. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING
CONDITIONS
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be
occasionally required to execute standard physical activities
within the facility areas (i.e. stand, walk, sit, use
hands/fingers).
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be
occasionally required to execute non-standard physical activities
within the facility areas (i.e. climb or balance, stoop, kneel,
crouch).
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally
lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
- This position requires repetitive hand/wrist activities. The
approximate base compensation range is shown below. The actual
offer may vary based on skills, experience and location.Pelican
