Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Operations Finance
Business Partner to join their FP&A team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes for the Operations
Team
Lead the production and analysis of management reports to highlight
trends and variances
Develop and implement the Operations Team financial strategy,
including program tracking and evaluation
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in FP&A or finance roles within
healthcare, insurance, or financial services
7+ years of experience in financial modeling and translating data
into insights
5+ years of experience leading budgeting and planning processes
5+ years of experience in building high-functioning finance
teams
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Financial
Analysis is a plus
