Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Financial Control and
Systems.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee financial control, accounting, and systems for the
business
Provide financial insights and analysis to senior leadership for
strategic decision-making
Lead the optimization of accounting operations and implement
advanced financial tools and systems
Required Qualifications
15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience at a
senior level (VP+)
Experience in a matrix organization leading financial control for a
stand-alone business unit
Chartered Accountant (CPA/CA) with experience in an
accounting/audit firm
Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience in IFRS and US
GAAP
Financial systems knowledge including MS Dynamics 365
