Job Description About Our Practice We are a growing rehab-focused chiropractic clinic in San Diego committed to delivering high-level, individualized care for our patients. Our unique approach is education-driven and focused on long-term patient transformation so that our patients can have lasting relief and get back to doing what they love to do! (this is not your cookie-cutter Chiro/PT clinic) We are seeking an in-person Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for individuals exploring care with our clinic. Position Overview As the Patient Care Coordinator, you will guide prospective patients through an initial discovery call, determine whether our care model is the right fit, and coordinate their in-person assessment. This role combines patient communication, scheduling, and organizational responsibility within a small but growing team. Responsibilities Respond to prospective patient inquiries Conduct thoughtful 20–30 minute discovery calls Listen carefully and ask meaningful questions Schedule in-person assessments Confirm appointments to support strong attendance Follow up with prior inquiries and re-engage inactive leads Maintain accurate CRM documentation and number tracking Assist with patient scheduling and coordination Support front-office flow as needed Ideal Candidate Warm, confident, and articulate communicator Naturally curious and empathetic Comfortable guiding conversations with structure Organized and reliable Open to coaching and process improvement Interested in healthcare and patient experience Compensation $22–26/hour base (depending on experience) Monthly performance bonus tied to paid evaluation arrivals 30–40 hours per week In-person (San Diego) If you are confident on the phone, coachable, and want to play a visible role in a growing healthcare practice, click the link to apply here: https://link.fpisandiego.com/widget/form/7n8njlcNHJPswExMFxCZ
