Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Firmware Engineer to join their
team.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement efficient FreeRTOS firmware with automated
unit and integration tests in C and C++
Break down complex projects into manageable work streams and
implement host-side test tools in Python
Collaborate with engineers to design, integrate, test, and debug
systems while participating in code reviews and documentation
Required Qualifications
At least 8 years of professional embedded firmware/software
experience
Prior experience as a tech lead for a firmware team
Fluent in embedded C and C++, and comfortable with Python
Experience with FreeRTOS and multiple embedded platforms
Understanding of common hardware peripherals and interfaces
