Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Cycle for Urgent
Care and Occupational Health.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee revenue cycle processes and implement policies to optimize
revenue for service lines
Manage performance of revenue cycle vendors and transition to a
unified system (Epic)
Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and provide accurate
financial reporting for service lines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, healthcare administration,
or related field
5+ years' experience in healthcare revenue cycle or revenue
management
3+ years' direct leadership experience
Experience with EPIC Electronic Health Record
