A company is looking for a Central Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the escalation process for the assigned region, reducing
field workload for complex fleet and maintenance issues
Own escalations from start to finish, expediting resolution through
subject matter expertise
Analyze processes to improve workflow and create efficiencies to
reduce idle days of vehicles
Required Qualifications
3 years' experience in fleet or maintenance operations
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or a
related field
Moderate proficiency in maintenance and fleet operations workflow,
supplier negotiations, and vendor management
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
across multiple functions
Flexible and adaptable, with a goal-oriented mindset
