A company is looking for a Claims Manager, Auto/Property.
Key Responsibilities
Manage team leads and specialists handling real property and auto
losses
Monitor and analyze claims data to identify trends and improve
processes
Develop strategies to mitigate fraud and ensure compliance with
regulations
Required Qualifications
Active insurance adjuster's license from a designated home
state
Bachelor's degree in insurance, business administration, or a
related field
5+ years of insurance claims experience, preferably in property
and/or auto
3+ years of management experience, ideally in a remote
environment
Comfortable with technology and evolving systems for better
efficiency
