A company is looking for an Application Development
Manager/Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee technical aspects of projects, ensuring scalability,
performance, and maintainability
Lead and mentor the software development team, conducting code
reviews and ensuring timely delivery
Manage the Agile development process, including sprint planning and
stakeholder alignment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Engineering, or related field
3+ years of cloud experience with digital technologies
7+ years of experience in data engineering functions and direct
customer interaction
5+ years of experience with technologies such as Postgres, Oracle,
Python, and SQL
3+ years of experience managing software project delivery and
leading development teams
