Provide guidance and support for the billing team on healthcare
billing initiatives
Manage high-profile RCM projects and develop new capabilities for
business expansion
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify operational gaps and
implement scalable solutions
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management
and/or Medical Billing
Strong command of RCM metrics and workflows
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and solve complex problems
Strong analytical skills
Passion for improving access to nutrition care in America
