Job Description:
A company is looking for an AI Research Manager to oversee the
strategic direction and implementation of research projects in
Generative Artificial Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and implement research projects, including coding and
technical development, while providing guidance to team members
Oversee project execution from ideation to deployment, managing
budgets and resource allocation
Develop and implement research strategies that align with company
goals and foster collaborations with academic and industry
partners
Required Qualifications
MSc degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related
field
8+ years of experience as an AI researcher, with 3+ years focused
on developing GenAI technologies
Strong background in parallel/distributed computing, preferably on
the cloud
Proven track record of publications in top-tier conferences and
journals
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience
with version control systems
