A company is looking for a Senior VIP CRM Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare a strategic monthly calendar for Casino and Sports
customers, utilizing analytics to inform decisions
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns aimed at player upselling,
retention, and reactivation
Track and report on key performance metrics related to player
engagement and campaign effectiveness
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in CRM within the iGaming industry
Experience managing VIP segments and executing high-value retention
strategies
Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
Strong understanding of player behavior
Ability to support the Junior CRM Manager
