Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President, Government
Contracting, Regulatory, & M&A Integration.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute compliance strategy for the Mission Critical
Services (MCS) business segment
Provide compliance oversight and guidance on key transactions with
public sector and defense clients
Lead and mentor compliance teams, ensuring alignment with
regulatory obligations and business objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Juris Doctorate from an accredited U.S.
institution preferred
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in
a government agency or highly-matrixed organization
Experience with corporate compliance programs and knowledge of U.S.
regulatory guidelines
Demonstrated experience in global government or defense
contracting
Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and
performance management
