A company is looking for a Lead Underwriting Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee medical stop loss underwriting activities and manage large
complex cases independently
Evaluate client data and claims history to determine risk
acceptance and formulate pricing decisions
Collaborate with sales staff and clients to discuss financial
results and negotiate terms
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of medical stop loss underwriting experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Ability to work independently with strong time management
skills
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Proven ability to develop strong working relationships
