Job Description:
A company is looking for a Health Support Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to Utilization Management, Case Management, and
Disease Management requests
Conduct outbound calls to providers and facilities as needed
Maintain high levels of customer service and ensure timely routing
of requests to appropriate clinical staff
Required Qualifications
2+ years of related experience in a relevant field
Proficient in data entry and MS Office Suite
Knowledge of mainframe and web-based applications
Experience in a call center environment is preferred
Bachelor's or Associate degree is a plus
