Job Description:
A company is looking for a Telehealth Physical Therapist.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform clinical assessments of patients to evaluate functional
status and therapy needs
Review patient charts for completeness and clinical
appropriateness
Document evaluations and treatment recommendations in the EHR
Qualifications:
Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program or
equivalent
Active, unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the U.S
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal or
orthopedic rehab
Experience in chart review and clinical documentation
improvement
Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to clinical
documentation
