LocumJobsOnline is working with Barton Associates to find a
qualified Hematology and Oncology MD in California! About The
Position We are seeking a Hematology/Oncologist for a 30-day locum
tenens assignment in California, beginning Sep 1, 2025. This role
involves day shifts from Monday to Friday, primarily in an
office/clinic setting with a minor hospital component, managing an
estimated 16 patients per day. Job Details Location: California
Start Date: Sep 1, 2025 LOA: 30 days Provider Type Needed:
Hematology/Oncologist Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
Responsibilities and Duties Provide comprehensive care in
Hematology and Medical Oncology Manage approximately 16 patients
per day Work predominantly in an outpatient setting with minimal
hospital duties Utilize the Epic EMR system to document patient
interactions and treatment plans Engage in both Hematology (40%)
and Oncology (60%) practices Additional Information Board
certification in Hematology and Medical Oncology required
Experience in rural healthcare settings preferred Must hold a valid
