Speech Language Pathologist Location: San Bernardino, CA Agency: United Health Care Staffing Pay: $2,000 to $2,100 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | San Bernardino, CA | Contract We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dynamic Speech Therapy team in San Bernardino . This is a rewarding opportunity to work with a diverse patient population in an acute care setting while making a meaningful impact on patient recovery and quality of life. Position Details Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Location: San Bernardino 92404-4836 Shift: 8-Hour Day Shifts (8:00 AM start) Schedule: 1 weekend per month Pay: $2100 – $2200 Gross Weekly Employment Type: Contract Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders Perform modified barium swallow (video swallow) studies Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Work with adult acute care patients and NICU infants (feeding/swallowing support) Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Unit & Patient Details Department: Speech Therapy Patient Volume: 9–10 patients per day Patient Population: Adult inpatient acute care Premature infants in NICU (feeding needs) Requirements Active SLP License (California) BLS Certification – Required COVID Vaccination – Required Must be proficient in modified video swallow studies Strong clinical and communication skills Additional Information Dress Code: Dark pants with burgundy polo shirt Supportive and collaborative clinical environment Opportunity to work across acute care and NICU settings ?
