Job Description:
A company is looking for an AR & Collections Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full collections lifecycle, including outreach and
dispute resolution
Develop and track KPIs related to collections performance
Lead and coach a team of AR and Collections Analysts to achieve
performance targets
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections, with
2+ years in a leadership role
Proven track record of improving collections performance and
reducing DSO
Strong analytical skills and experience with KPIs and AR
reporting
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business strongly
preferred
Knowledge of credit risk analysis and customer segmentation best
practices
