Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers by providing product selection, post-sales
support, and troubleshooting via telephone
Utilize multiple computer programs to document conversations and
identify solutions for customer inquiries
Maintain technical expertise through formal training and feedback
from customer interactions
Required Qualifications
5+ years of relevant job experience or hands-on field experience in
motors, engines, generators, or power transmission components
Direct customer contact experience is essential
Proficiency in computer use and ability to navigate multiple
applications simultaneously
