International Program Analyst The Opportunity: As a program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Security Cooperation research. You’ll work with program leadership to manage cost, schedule, and performance to support the Navy in expanding U.S. Security Cooperation objectives using tools like Microsoft Excel to analyze budgets and tracking information, Microsoft Project to manage schedules, Microsoft Word to develop contractual and other technical documents, and Microsoft PowerPoint to develop presentations. You Have: 3 years of experience with program management or operations Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel Ability to pay strict attention to detail, be flexible, be proactive, be adaptable to changing client priorities, and manage and prioritize workload with minimal supervision Ability to collaborate across multiple client organizations, partner nation organizations, and cross-functional teams Ability to author briefings and formulate responses to data calls Knowledge of financial analysis or cost analysis Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience tracking FMS cases through the development and execution process Experience working with foreign stakeholders Knowledge of the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS), Management Information System International Logistics (MISIL), Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP), Information Warehouse (IW), or Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system Experience working with Navy technical communications and networking equipment Experience managing program risks, issues, and opportunities Experience with process improvement or strategic planning Master's degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
