products) and Burton James (seating home furnishing). About the
Role: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Manager
to oversee and drive the successful execution of enterprise
technology projects, including ERP systems, web applications, and
mobile apps. This position requires strong leadership skills to
manage a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders,
prioritize initiatives, and provide technical and operational
support. You will lead a team, coordinate activities, and ensure
the seamless operation of mission-critical systems, all while
ensuring continuous improvement and scalability. Our ideal

both strategic oversight and tactical execution to meet business

Ownership, Collaboration and Respect . What You Will Do: Lead the
development, implementation, and continuous improvement of
enterprise applications, including ERP, web, and mobile
applications. Supervise and develop a cross-functional team of
Project Managers, Quality Assurance, and Support professionals
through coaching, mentorship, and performance management. Oversee
multiple technology projects, ensuring they align with business
objectives, are completed on time, within budget, and meet defined
goals. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and
external teams, collaborating with cross-functional teams to
identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues. Drive initiatives to
enhance the performance, stability, security, and scalability of
enterprise systems. Ensure the creation and maintenance of detailed
project documentation, including business requirements, technical
specifications, user guides, and knowledge base articles. Use
performance metrics, user feedback, and industry best practices to
continuously improve systems and business processes. What We Can

Requirements A degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field,
along with at least five years of experience in enterprise
applications management or similar roles. Demonstrated experience
leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing project
managers, including setting priorities, managing performance, and
fostering accountability. Proven experience managing teams and
leading enterprise-level technology projects, including e-commerce,
ERP, and mobile applications. Experience working with Sage X3 and
Magento is highly preferred. Familiarity with integrations between
ERP and eCommerce systems is a plus. Strong project management
skills, with a focus on delivering complex technology projects
within budget and on time. Excellent communication skills and the
ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. Strong
problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset, with attention
to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and
prioritize tasks effectively. A deep understanding of enterprise
applications, ERP systems, web applications, and mobile app
platforms. Physical Requirements: The physical demands described

sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; as well as
reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or
move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35
pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include
close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to
adjust focus. Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating
temperatures and standard lighting. Ability to work on computer and
mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.
Required to use stairwells to attend meetings and engage with
employees on multiple floors throughout building. Other

pay: $120,000 – $130,000 annually, depending on experience and
