A company is looking for a Paralegal.
Key Responsibilities
Draft pleadings and discovery demands for court filings
Manage attorney calendars and send client appointment reminders
Complete preliminary new client intake with sensitivity to delicate
matters
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Paralegal with knowledge of state civil
practice and court procedures
Familiarity with drafting legal documents
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
Experience with legal software such as Aderant or CompuLaw
Strong organizational skills for managing communications and
schedules
