Job Description Job Description Attorney – Senior Associate, Employment Law Location: Beverly Hills, CA About the Role Join a leading class-action and complex litigation firm as a Senior Associate Attorney focusing on Employment Law. This role offers the opportunity to lead sophisticated wage-and-hour and consumer class-action matters, influence litigation strategy, and mentor junior attorneys. You will handle high-stakes cases from inception through resolution while working closely with senior leadership on significant legal and business decisions. Requirements 5 years of employment litigation and class-action experience Ability to independently manage complex litigation matters Strong knowledge of discovery, depositions, motions, and settlements Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Responsibilities Lead and supervise Junior Associates Manage cases from filing through settlement or trial Develop litigation strategy and oversee discovery Take and defend depositions and argue motions Maintain client communication and support firm strategy Compensation & Benefits Salary: $200K–$400K plus substantial bonuses Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid vacation, sick time, paid parking Employer-sponsored 401(k) with contributions
