This role performs equipment setup, troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and accurate documentation while supporting continuous improvement. Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety are essential. Key Responsibilities * Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot assigned production equipment following SOPs and safety standards. * Perform equipment setup, changeovers, startups, and alignments. * Conduct routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on machinery. * Monitor production quality, perform inprocess inspections, and complete required testing. * Document machine parameters, batch data, and maintenance activities accurately. * Identify process deviations and escalate issues as needed. * Support continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, KATA, etc.). * Train other operators on equipment operation and troubleshooting. * Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Qualifications * High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certification preferred. * 5-8 years of manufacturing, equipment operation, or technical experience. * Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. * Ability to read SOPs, follow standard work, and maintain accurate documentation. * Regular and reliable onsite attendance is required. Physical & Work Environment * Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally. * Frequent sitting and visual/hearing tasks; occasional standing, climbing, pushing/pulling, or kneeling. * Manufacturing environment with exposure to moving equipment and moderate noise. Pay $33.99/hr The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
