Sales Support/ Customer Service Representative (Morning Shift, Full-Time)

Job Description:

As an *Sales Support/Customer Service Representative *you will be processing purchase orders, creating new client accounts, and acting as the point-of-contact for our customers. You will work closely with Orbit's sales team and other departments to service our clients above and beyond the call of duty. This is an entry level position, but we are looking for someone that is eager to grow with our company long- term. Three month training in our corporate office Los Angeles, CA. *_Apply now!_*

*Primary responsibilities*
* Accurately input data & orders into our database.
* Process customer purchase orders and distribute order confirmation.
* Manage sales promotions.
* Effectively resolve customer issues and concerns.
* Promptly respond to customer email inquiries and requests.
* Onboard new customers and service existing customer accounts.
* Provide customers with accurate pricing and availability of products.
* Alert customer when items are out of stock/discontinued and suggest value-engineered alternatives.
* Follow up on customer orders and provide expected delivery date.
* Check inventory control.
* Expedite or trace missing /delayed shipments by working with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, operations and other departments.
* Perform various clerical duties, including filing and record retention.

*Required Experience & Skills*
* High school or equivalent.
* 2-3 years' experience in order processing, customer service.- *Preferred*
* High level of computer literacy (PC literate with Excel, Word, and Outlook)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Must be customer-retention focused
* Detail oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt quickly in an fast paced environment
* Must be able to effectively prioritize, multi task and work well as part of a team
* Sage Peachtree Experience- is a plus
