Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of AI/ML.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a cross-functional AI/ML team, fostering a
collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture
Drive the development and implementation of scalable AI/ML
solutions, including the integration of Large Language Models and
Generative AI
Oversee data infrastructure and architecture, ensuring robust and
efficient data pipelines for machine learning and analytics
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or related
fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in an agile
environment
Expertise in machine learning algorithms, data pipelines, and AI/ML
model deployment at scale
Solid understanding of Large Language Models and Generative AI
technologies
Strong understanding of cloud technologies and modern data stack
solutions
