Job Description:
A company is looking for a Visual Design Lead to drive creative
output and mentor design teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the design team to maintain a strong creative
vision and deliver exceptional visual design solutions
Create visually stunning designs and develop brand identities for
digital products and advertising materials
Provide direction and guidance to project teams, fostering a
collaborative environment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, or a related
field
5+ years of proven experience in visual design with a focus on
digital experiences
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage projects and
resources effectively
Expertise in Figma and experience with digital design systems
Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and current design
trends
