Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Delivery Executive to lead
complex client implementations and ensure successful service
delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead large, complex client implementations and partner with the
Service Delivery organization
Ensure successful planning, implementation, and execution of
contracted services
Provide operational and risk management strategies across
accounts
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent
combination of education and experience
Master's degree preferred
Experience in interpreting complex business requirements to design
client solutions
Ability to establish credibility with clients as a senior thought
partner
Proven track record in managing technical and operational
problems
