Job Description:
A company is looking for an Underwriter - Scenario.
Key Responsibilities
Review loan scenarios and provide lending solutions to Sales
partners and clients
Analyze borrower's credit profile, collateral, and capacity to
repay proposed mortgage obligations
Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external
customers while prioritizing work to meet service level
agreements
Required Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of residential loan underwriting experience
High school diploma required; college diploma preferred
Strong processing background preferable
Knowledgeable with MS Office
Ability to make risk-based lending decisions supported by relevant
data and research
