Job Description:
A company is looking for an E&O Programs Specialist to
manage underwriting and support team operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage new and renewal underwriting and maintain organized
underwriting files
Issue quotes and binders, and assist with retail agent inquiries on
coverage
Perform quality assurance reviews and act as a subject matter
expert for training new teammates
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or
related field preferred
2-5+ years of commercial lines insurance experience, preferably in
E&O or professional liability
P&C License or Surplus Lines License preferred
CPCU, CIC, or other industry designation or coursework towards
those designations preferred
Strong understanding of policy language, coverage forms, and
underwriting principles
