Job Description:
A company is looking for a Heavy Equipment Appraiser.
Key Responsibilities
Appraises heavy equipment damage to determine repair costs for
claim settlement
Establishes pre-loss actual cash value and salvage value for heavy
equipment beyond repair
Prepares reports/documents for appropriate personnel as
required
Required Qualifications
High school or vocational school graduate or equivalent combination
of education and experience
5 years of previous experience with heavy equipment and appraising
vehicle damage
Licensing as required by jurisdiction and a valid driver's
license
In-depth working knowledge of various types of vehicle construction
and repair techniques
Ability to learn automated appraisal systems
