Job Description:
A company is looking for a Policy Processing Representative
responsible for processing policy-related transactions and ensuring
compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Process endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements
Handle inquiries from policyholders and agents, providing timely
information
Assist with underwriting tasks, including risk assessment and
premium calculation
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree preferred, with a focus on business or technology
1 - 3 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in
insurance
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Excel and Word; SQL
knowledge is a plus
Ability to maintain quality and accuracy in output
Desire to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
