Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Service Specialist - Call
Center.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide triage
for urgent calls
Manage scheduling, pre-registration, and financial clearance for
specialty procedures
Communicate with patients and providers regarding insurance
verification, pre-authorizations, and financial liabilities
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Two years of experience in a similar healthcare role
Ability to work collaboratively with others
Experience in handling customer service issues and process
improvements
Familiarity with insurance verification and pre-certification
processes
