An educational institution has an open position for a Remote Enterprise Business Operations Analyst. Candidates will be responsible for the following: Creating custom payment links required for buyers Tracking performance against key sales and customer success goals and KPIs by running reports across systems Working with enterprise buyers and internal finance team to move clients from contract signature to payment and student/member enrollment Applicants must meet the following qualifications: Have experience working across multiple systems to drive quality assurance Are extremely detail-oriented and pride yourself on systems thinking 2-3 years of experience in an operational role (i.e. sales ops, business ops, Salesforce admin) Have a post-secondary degree or equivalent professional experience Have worked in a fast-paced, high-growth workplace, and thrive with the responsibility and challenges that come with this Are an articulate communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
