Job Description:
A non-profit organization dedicated to offering free, online
educational content is filling a position for a Remote Tier 1
Educational Service Desk Technician.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Handling incoming support incidents and requests in Zendesk
Driving customer communications as part of Inventory/Asset
Management & Procurement processes
Supporting software license audits & control processes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
CompTIA A+, Google IT Support Certificate or
Equivalent work experience in Help Desk/Service Desk/Technical
Support role
Ability to handle incoming support incidents and requests in
Zendesk
Ability to work well on a team, take instruction, and learn from
mistakes
Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities including urgent
tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
