Job Description:

A company is looking for a HEDIS Coordination - Data Analyst.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and update management on clinical quality metrics and HEDIS processes
Establish action plans to improve HEDIS scores and evaluate member compliance reports
Manage the HEDIS project, including oversight of nurses and adherence to timelines

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
3+ years of quality improvement or healthcare-related experience
Working knowledge of HEDIS requirements is preferred
Experience analyzing healthcare quality data and tracking compliance trends
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SQL query writing is a major plus
