Job Description:
A company is looking for an EE Supplemental Claims Analyst
responsible for managing the full lifecycle of supplemental
insurance claims.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, analyze, and adjudicate supplemental insurance claims
through final resolution
Investigate eligibility, calculate payable benefits, and initiate
accurate and timely payments
Provide training, mentoring, and support to team members as a
subject matter expert
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 2 years of experience in employee benefits, claims, or
financial services
Experience with claim processing and direct claimant
communication
Experience with supplemental insurance or group benefit products
preferred
Mentoring or peer training experience preferred
