Platform (Culver City, CA) About the Brand: The Brand is a
female-founded Australian fashion brand with a purpose-led mission
to empower women and create real, positive change. Known for
delivering timeless, elevated fashion, the brand fosters a strong
sense of community, confidence, and creativity. As they continue to
expand, they are opening a pop-up at The Platform in Culver City,
CA, for a six-month residency. About the Role: We are seeking a
highly motivated and fashion-savvy Keyholder to support the store
leadership team and contribute to a seamless, elevated retail
experience. As a Keyholder, you will take on additional
responsibilities such as opening and closing the store, driving
sales, and assisting with operations while serving as a brand
ambassador. This is a temporary contract position through Retail
For The People for the duration of the pop-up. Key
Responsibilities: Open and close the store, ensuring all
operational procedures are followed. Assist the Store Manager in
driving sales and achieving store KPIs, including conversion, UPT,
and AOV. Support store manager with all store operations, including
cash handling, loss prevention, and inventory control. Act as a
leader on the sales floor when the manager is not there, setting
the tone for the team and providing guidance to Sales Associates.
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming
shopping experience. Maintain all visual merchandising standards
and ensure the product is presented in line with the brand’s
aesthetic. Foster a strong brand community by engaging with
customers and building relationships. About You: 2 years of
experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion. Previous
keyholder or leadership experience is a plus. Passion for fashion,
styling, and customer experience. Strong sales ability with a track
record of achieving targets. Excellent communication and
problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in an
elevated, dynamic retail environment. Flexibility to work evenings,
