Arrow Electronics, a global leader in distribution and value-added services relating to electronic components and computer products, is seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is essential for driving sales and growth within a specified territory by connecting and building trusting relationships with new and existing customers. The successful candidate will be pivotal in understanding customer needs and aligning them with Arrow's extensive solutions, thereby directly impacting Arrow's footprint in the electronics market. Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Manage and grow relationships with existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and increased sales. Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively propose solutions offered by Arrow. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Prepare sales reports and forecasts, maintaining accurate records in the sales database. Attend industry trade shows, seminars, and meetings to stay updated on market trends and to network with professionals. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining Arrow’s service standards. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Ability to negotiate and understanding of sales performance metrics Excellent analytical and organizational skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Sales Certification from an accredited professional body (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP), Certified Sales Leadership Professional (CSLP)) is preferred.
